HAUTTMAN WARRANTY AND REPAIR

All Hauttman timepieces are guaranteed to be genuine, in new condition, and free from defects for minimum two years. While the incidence of defects in new watches is extremely low, there may be occasions in which warranty work becomes necessary. Hauttman watches will take care and all watch repairs or replacements will be handled by us for a 100% customer satisfaction.

Every Hauttman timepiece is designed and manufactured to the highest quality standards in case of an unexpected situation, Hauttman Watches offers a two-year warranty from date of purchase. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship. During the warranty period, you will have the right to have any defect repaired free of charge. In the event that repairs are unable to restore the normal conditions of use of your Hauttman timepiece, Hauttman Watches guarantees its replacement by a Hauttman. This warranty complements any national or regional law obligations of dealers or distributors and does not affect your statutory rights as a Hauttman customer.

 
ACCESS TO YOUR WARRANTY

 if your Hauttman timepiece is in need of service please contact your original retailer or Hauttman Watches directly if purchased from www.hauttman.com You will be sent an RMA (Return Material Authorization) confirmation by email. You will be advised regarding packaging your product if you are required to return the product. The watch should be carefully packed in all its original packaging. Do not return your product to Hauttman Watches, unless you have purchased it directly from the Hauttman website, without consulting your retailer or receiving approval from Hauttman Watches. If you are returning a product, you should use a reputable carrier. Hauttman cannot accept responsibility for the unit while in transit to the retailer or Hauttman Watches. It is your responsibility to ensure that your watch is insured by you during transit or shipment for repair. You must pay all shipping charges if it is necessary to return the product to Hauttman Watches or your retailer. However, if the required repairs are covered by this warranty Hauttman will cover the return shipping charges. At Hauttman Ltd. we believe in all of our products and hope you are as delighted with them as we are. If you have any questions, please find your regional representative in the list below.

• Normal wear and tear and aging (for example scratches alteration of color on coated materials, leather, rubber).

• Damage on any part of the watch resulting from abnormal or abusive use, accidents (knocks, dents, broken crystal etc.), and incorrect and/or ignoring operating instructions.

• Repairs or alterations of the watch by a person other than Hauttman Swiss Watches or its nominated repairs centers.

We offer a two-year warranty on all of our watch collections for manufacturing defects. Please contact the regional customer representative on the list and we will be happy to assist you.

Hauttman timepiece is warranted to you, the original consumer, by Hauttman Ltd. UK to be free of defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of two (2) years from the date of purchase. Our warranty covers only material and manufacturing defects including the hands, dial, and watch movement. The limited warranty does not cover straps or any damages arising from normal wear or water damage (unless marked water-resistant.)

For products outside of warranty!

If you need repairs outside of our warranties, we invite you to contact your regional customer service and we will be happy to help you locate a repair facility.

Please note – we cannot accept the item that was purchased from third-party retailers – please contact the original place of purchase so they can assist you within their own warranty and return policies.

WARRANTY INFORMATION

The hands, dial, and watch movement are the only components covered under the warranty. If the watch proves to be defective in material or workmanship under normal use, it will be repaired or replaced free of charge at the discretion of Hauttman customer services.

The manufacturer's warranty does not cover:

  • Battery, case, crystal, strap, or bracelet
  • Damage resulting from improper handling, lack of care, accidents, or normal wear and tear
  • Water damage unless marked water-resistant
  • Repairs if the watch was not originally purchased from an authorized Hauttman retailer.

This warranty is void if the watch has been damaged by accident, negligence, unauthorized service, or other factors not due to defects in material or workmanship.

WARRANTY SERVICE DETAILS (international)

Once your product is inspected and a defect is found due to a manufacturer's workmanship, we will replace your product with the same style or an equivalent style of equal value based on the purchase price. As we manufacture limited edition products, we cannot guarantee that the same style will be available for your replacement. If this is the case, you will be able to select a replacement. This warranty is void if the watch has been damaged by accident, negligence, unauthorized service, or other factors not due to defects in materials or workmanship, or if a valid receipt is not included. At this time, Hauttman Ltd. will not repair damaged item. We will replace them if the conditions of this warranty are met.

Please allow up to 2 to 9 weeks from the date we receive your package for your Hauttman timepiece to be inspected and replaced if all the conditions of the warranty are met.
